Zane Landin – Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Zane Landin is a non-graduating senior from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He will graduate in December 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. He has a strong passion for academics, design, social issues, creative writing, and learning new things all the time. Upon graduation, he hopes to be accepted into the master’s program in strategic communication from Columbia University to work at a public relations firm, the government, a nonprofit, or a university. Michelle Allende – Editor-In-Chief
Michelle Allende is a student at Cal Poly Pomona with a major in English Literature and minors in History and Political Science. She is the Technical Writer at the Student Innovation Idea Lab on the CPP campus. On her free time, she enjoys watching Disney movies, writing creatively, and fawning over cat and dog pictures. For the past two years, she has been dealing with major anxiety, though she is grateful for the lessons it has taught her about the importance of self-care.
Carolyn Woodruff – Staff Writer
Carolyn Woodruff hails from the Delaware Valley and is married with two boys, ages 9 and 14. Currently, a doctoral student at Grand Canyon University, Carolyn is majoring in industrial and organizational psychology. Both humanistic and positive psychology greatly influence her practice and academic pursuits, leading to a love of writing about related topics. Besides being a student, Carolyn is a Registered Nurse and retired Emergency Medical Technician.
Erin McCluskey – Staff Writer
Erin McCluskey is an actor, filmmaker, and content writer in New Orleans, Louisiana. Originally from Connecticut, Erin moved to New Orleans to attend Tulane University and graduated with a double major in Psychology and Theater Performance in 2013. Erin now works as an emotional support counselor on a number of crisis hotlines and writes for a podcast show called, “That One Audition” which interviews notable artists within the entertainment industry. Erin is currently working on producing her first documentary. She enjoys improv and writing her own sketch comedy skits.
Gabrielisa Borrero – Outreach Coordinator
Gabrielisa Borrero is from NYC and has a Bachelor’s in History with a double minor in French and Women’s Studies from the College of Mount Saint Vincent. She has a Masters in Library Science from Queens College. She is currently a Business and Career Services Librarian for the New York Public Library, an Adult Reference Librarian at the Mount Kisco Library, and a Project Archivist at the Putnam Valley Historical Society.
